What You'll Do: The Executive Principal, Strategic Business Partnerships and Communications Integration is a senior advisory and strategic leadership role responsible for operationalizing the corporate communication strategy and strengthening how Corporate Communications engages with, advises and partners with the business. This individual will drive integration across internal communications, external communications, creative/brand, thought leadership and conference/event activation to ensure OCC shows up as one connected and unified voice across all channels and audiences. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. Strategic Business Partnerships
Partner with the Managing Director to operationalize the corporate communication strategy and develop a consistent and scalable approach to executive communications, including messaging frameworks, narrative development and communications coaching for senior leaders. Build the systems, processes and tools to establish and sustain strategic partnerships with business leaders across the organization. Provide senior-level communications counsel that reflects a deep understanding of OCC's strategy, culture, regulatory environment and stakeholder landscape.
Communications Integration and Ecosystem Oversight
Provide oversight for the communications ecosystem to drive integration across internal and external communications, brand/creative and conferences, ensuring alignment of narrative, tone and brand expression across all channels and audiences. Partner with functional leads across the communications team to reduce duplication, improve planning discipline and ensure communications assets and campaigns work effectively across multiple stakeholder audiences. Serve as a senior integrating leader who connects strategy, messaging, execution and measurement to ensure the team operates as one enterprise communications function rather than a set of independent disciplines. Support the Managing Director in advancing enterprise priorities and elevating the communications function as a trusted strategic partner to the business.
Content Planning and Measurement
Establish and manage the annual enterprise content calendar, spanning all communications channels and key stakeholder audiences, to ensure strategic alignment, consistent cadence and coordinated activation across the team. Support the development and implementation of a holistic measurement framework that captures the effectiveness and impact of communications across both internal and external audiences. Use data, insights and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine communications strategies and demonstrate the value of the communications function to the business.

Excellent strategic thinking, advisory and decision-making skills Exceptional writing, editing and verbal communications skills, with the ability to develop and articulate compelling narratives for diverse audiences Proven experience providing senior-level counsel to executive and business leaders and influencing decisions and business outcomes Strong ability to build systems, frameworks and tools that bring consistency and discipline to complex communications functions Demonstrated ability to drive integration and collaboration across multiple communications disciplines Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Proficiency in communication technology and design platforms including SharePoint, Slack, Poppulo, Adobe Express preferred
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or English, OR in a related discipline OR an equivalent combination of education and private/public sector experience 15+ years of progressive experience in a communications, marketing or public relations role in the public or private sector, or with an agency Fintech, financial services or insurance industry experience preferred Demonstrated experience in executive communications, communications strategy and enterprise content planning Experience developing measurement frameworks for communications functions Previous change management experience

- The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.

- All employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, company and individual performance and are not guaranteed.
Salary Range $194,300.00 - $280,500.00
Incentive Range 28% to 35%
