Job Title: AVP & Loan Servicing/Liquidation Officer II
Department: Special Assets

We are looking for a AVP & Loan Servicing/Liquidation Officer II to join our Special Assets team at Open Bank! The Loan Servicing/Liquidation Officer II will be responsible for maintaining loan files updated with financial reporting requirements and processing various requests from borrowers associated with their loans, after loans have been originated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end loan servicing process, including monitoring loan performance and ensuring timely payments.
  • Develop and implement strategies for loan workout, restructuring, and liquidation to minimize financial losses.
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and credit teams to ensure all loan servicing and liquidation activities comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze loan portfolios to identify delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate risk.
  • Receive, review, process, and present recommendations on all servicing requests from borrowers such as release/substitution of collateral/guarantor, assumption of loan, change in terms, etc.
  • Contact borrowers of delinquent loan to collect loan payment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum three years of prior experience in banking and/or lending required.
  • General knowledge of lending regulations, lien laws, and loan documentation.
  • Present a professional image in dealing with clients, interdepartmental, and external representatives.
  • Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail.
