Associate Manufacturing Technician

Location: Acton, MA

Pay + Schedule:

Weekend Days: Friday - Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week) | $26.40 per hour

Weekend Nights: Friday - Sunday | 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week) | $30.00 per hour (All inclusive)

Environment: Cleanroom (full PPE required)

We are hiring an Associate Manufacturing Technician to support advanced automated manufacturing and medical device production. This is a hands-on role working with robotics, precision equipment, and high-speed assembly systems.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate, set up, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment
  • Perform troubleshooting, fault clearing, and preventative maintenance
  • Monitor processes using HMI systems and adjust for optimal performance
  • Support product quality, inspections, and process validation activities
  • Maintain material flow, equipment readiness, and production schedules
  • Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers) to verify tolerances
  • Follow GMP and cleanroom standards for medical device manufacturing
  • Document work orders, maintenance tasks, and production data



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma required
  • 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with automated equipment and HMIs preferred
  • Familiarity with measurement tools and quality inspection
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment



Preferred:



  • Medical device or cleanroom manufacturing experience
  • Exposure to robotics, laser welding, or PCB assembly
