From your PASSION to ours

Lactalis Heritage Dairy, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a UF Operator based in Tulare.

Reporting to RSPC Supervisor(s), the RSPC UF Operator's main responsibility is to demonstrate flexibility to work in all aspects of UF and HTSTs including but not limited to, pasteurizing, separation, standardization, UF membrane and vats operations, daily and master sanitation of work area and completion of all other duties as required.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

The required skills below are not limited to the following:

* Must be able to demonstrate flexibility to work in all aspects of UF and HTST including but not limited to, pasteurizing, separation, standardization, UF membrane, daily and master sanitation of work area and completion of all other duties as required.

* Provide Vat operator coverage for breaks, lunches, etc.

* Perform daily CIP as needed.

* Able to calibrate and use pH meter as needed.

* Maintain and update recording charts records and pasteurization process including licenses as needed.

* Understand information from SAP and catalyst systems.

* Assist with period cleaning, downtime, TPM, and other production needs including emergency situations.

* Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines. Communicate and passdown business information.

* Follows training process requirements.

* Complete failure analysis including root cause and corrective action.

* Actively identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

* Assist with equipment troubleshooting and support maintenance when needed.

* Perform other assignments as assigned by Team Coordinator and Supervisor.

* Accountable for the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) standards as outlined in the plant's QRMP accountability document, including the implementation, improvement and ongoing maintenance.

* Ensure any product loss is minimized and documented with the mindset that product should be zero.

* Comply with our policies and procedures as related to LHD Management System.

* Regular Attendance is an essential function of the job.

* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

* Must work in a safe, sanitary and productive manner in accordance with LHD GMP's.

* Documented job performance work record and attendance record to be reviewed.

* Must receive pasteurizer license within 3 months of being placed in the position.

* Good business participation (eg. Level 1, safety, process improvement).

* Performed similar positions in the past.
