Stroke Coordinator

Education:
* Graduate from a school of nursing is required.
Experience:
* 1 year experience in acute care.
Licensure:
* Active RN (Registered Nurse) license in state of practice is required.
Certification(s):
* Annual stroke education hours and competencies.
* ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
* NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale)

Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in nursing
Experience:
* Neurological care experience preferred.
Certification(s):
* Stroke certifications preferred (SCRN).

Physical Requirements:
* Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
* Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
* Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
