Job Description

Responsible for performing a variety of accounting and administrative support functions, including processing financial transactions, maintaining records, and supporting internal clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage data within automated systems.

Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks such as:
    • Scanning and filing documents
    • Verifying records
    • Generating invoice payments and vouchers
    • Posting ledger entries and basic journal entries
    • Balancing accounts payable
  • Input data, create reports, and manage specialized research projects
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Verify accuracy of invoices and financial documents, including:
    • Invoice approvals
    • Disbursements
    • Expense vouchers
    • Wire payments
  • Enter and maintain data within automated accounting systems
  • Compile data and prepare a variety of financial and operational reports
  • Investigate questionable data and recommend actions to resolve discrepancies
  • Process reimbursements for:
    • Travel expenses
    • Relocation expenses
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations
  • Provide customer support to internal clients, suppliers, and customers
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and application of:
    • Federal Travel Regulations (FTR)
    • Code of Federal Regulations (eCFR)
