* Focuses on identifying patient needs, optimizing referral opportunities, improving care quality, and strengthening collaboration between operations, clinical teams, and sales * Serves as a key liaison to ensure patient-centered care translates into measurable business growth and improved outcomes JOB FUNCTIONS * Develops and implements structured training programs for Customer Service Representatives, Service Technicians, and Clinical Staff * Educates non-sales team members on identifying patient needs and clinical indicators * Trains teams on proper handoff protocols * Provides ongoing education on service lines, payer requirements, and referral pathways * Establishes standardized communication workflows and documentation expectations * Reinforces compliance with regulatory, payer, and company guidelines * Partners with Sales Leadership to align training with regional strategies * Tracks referral leads, conversion rates, and handoff quality * Conducts coaching and refresher training sessions * Provides clinical oversight to ensure high-quality care * Evaluates clinical performance and patient outcomes * Identifies gaps in staffing and skill alignment * Acts as liaison between sales, clinical teams, and operations * Supports sales in meetings with hospitals, physicians, and payers * Trains clinicians on managing leads and improving patient outcomes * Supports workforce stability and engagement | |
