Silgan Containers is seeking a full-time Corporate Recruiter for our professional office in Waukesha, WI. This is a fully onsite position accountable for managing fullcycle recruiting across hourly, skilled trades, technical, and professional roles.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer process, and preemployment activities

  • Partner with hiring managers to recognize workforce needs, provide recruiting guidance, and execute hiring plans with accountability

  • Create, post, and maintain searchoptimized job postings aligned with role requirements and company standards

  • Source, screen, and engage active and passive candidates across manufacturing, operations, skilled trades, technical, and corporate roles

  • Conduct structured interviews, assess qualifications, and document hiring outcomes in alignment with employment laws and best practices

  • Coordinate offer approvals and extend offers clearly and professionally

  • Represent Silgan Containers at career fairs, hiring events, schools, community organizations, and military installations

  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining awareness, accuracy, and attention to detail

  • Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and workflows

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience, with manufacturing or operations exposure preferred

  • Experience in talent sourcing and pipeline development

  • Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance standards

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

  • Ability to travel up to 20 percent for recruiting activities
