Rite-HiteInstallation Coordinators serve as the key conduit between our customers and our sales and service departments. Working with customers in an assigned area, the Installation Coordinator tracks incoming orders, monitors shipment and dates and installation requirements, ensures proper equipment and staff are scheduled to complete the installation, and escalates issues for prompt resolution. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, and reviewing completed jobs and analyzing profitability. Required Experience: Rite-Hite sells the best, and we hire the best. This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience, prior experience in a commercial or industrial equipment installation or project management environment is preferred. In addition, the Installation Coordinator must have good attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball. Strong communication and customer service skills are also essential.
