Pay From: Starting at $55,000 annually + uncapped commission

Strong communication skills, a strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to succeed in a high-volume sales environment are critical for success in this role. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a competitive base salary, uncapped commission structure, and comprehensive benefits package.

MUST:

1-5 years of professional experience

Technical or staffing industry experience is a plus

Ability to thrive in an inside sales environment

Strong phone presence and face-to-face communication skills

Dynamic, competitive, and self-motivated personality

Team-oriented with strong goal and project management focus

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to adapt and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree highly preferred, but not required

DUTIES:

Drive new business development initiatives

Maintain and expand existing customer relationships

Develop and manage strategic phone and email outreach campaigns

Build relationships and generate referrals with hiring managers and key decision-makers

Negotiate service agreements, fees, terms, and employment offers with clients

Participating in weekly customer meetings and business development activities

Utilize social media and professional networking platforms to identify opportunities

Develop creative, out-of-the-box business development strategies to expand market presence
