  • Manage and oversee third party implementation partners responsible for development and delivery
  • Ensure the new platform is flexible and scalable to support future growth, including new brand and business acquisitions
  • Actively engage in program execution, problem solving, and decision-making, not just oversight
  • Partner closely with Technology, Product, and external vendors to deliver on time, on budget, and with high quality

eCommerce Growth & Optimization

  • Own the eCommerce growth roadmap, focused on increasing conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and overall revenue

  • Personally engage in analysis, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives in partnership with a supporting analyst
  • Build and manage a prioritized backlog of enhancements aligned to business impact

Experimentation & Performance Management

  • Establish and scale a robust testing and experimentation program (A/B and multivariate testing)
  • Define hypotheses, review results, and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Evaluate the impact of new features, functionality, and experiences on key performance metrics
  • Define, track, and communicate KPIs across the eCommerce funnel, ensuring visibility and accountability
  • Balance strategic oversight with hands on involvement in testing strategy and execution

Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment

  • Drive alignment across Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams through clear communication and transparency
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to prioritize and execute against growth initiatives
  • Lead and direct outsourced development and UX teams to deliver high impact improvements
  • Operate as a highly engaged partner across functions, bridging strategy and execution
  • Build trust through both leadership presence and personal ownership of outcomes

Team & Operating Model

  • Lead a lean team with one direct report focused on analytics and performance insights
  • Operate as a player/coach, directly owning key deliverables while developing team capabilities
  • Partner closely with external agencies and vendors to extend team capacity
  • Thrive in an environment that requires adaptability, ownership, and attention to detail
  • Indirectly and directly responsible for product quality
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience driving eCommerce growth and digital performance
  • Proven experience leading large scale eCommerce platform implementations or replatforming initiatives
  • Strong experience managing third party agencies, development partners, and UX teams
  • Deep expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), digital funnel analysis, and performance metrics
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling experimentation and testing programs
  • Hands on experience working in lean teams, with a willingness to execute at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Exceptional communication skills with strong executive presence and ability to influence across functions
  • Experience working in complex, multi brand or acquisition driven environments preferred
