Join our team as a Leasing Specialist at Crosswinds Apartments in Broomfield, CO! Crosswinds is a 159-unit LIHTC community where service, compliance, and community connection come together. We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Leasing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with diverse populations, and takes pride in helping residents find-and keep-a place to call home. What You'll Do Tour prospective residents and showcase the community with energy and professionalism Guide applicants through the leasing process, from first inquiry to signed lease Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents Perform outreach marketing, networking, and competitor research to drive traffic Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident retention efforts Support LIHTC compliance processes, including documentation and resident interactions Manage calls, service requests, and general administrative responsibilities What You'll Bring Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) 1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience Strong understanding or interest in LIHTC/affordable housing environments Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a busy setting Comfort with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay starting at $26-$29 based on experience Full-time schedule with occasional evenings and weekends as needed Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with 6% company match 18 days of PTO and 11.5 paid holidays Paid parental leave and lifestyle spending accounts Opportunities for growth within a mission-driven organization If you're ready to bring your leasing expertise and bilingual skills to a team that values community impact and resident experience, we'd love to connect with you!
