About The Role
Western Security Bank is hiring for a Treasury Client Relations Specialist. The Treasury Client Relations Specialist position provides support for all electronic banking products including but not limited to, Net Teller, online accounts and other electronic products and services. This position completes a range of duties of varying abilities to include but not limited to; researching, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to all Treasury Management (TM) products and services. The Treasury Client Relations Specialist I position will provide initial training, support, and ongoing servicing for all electronic banking products for internal and external customers. This position is responsible for meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The Treasury Client Relations Specialist I will work independently, as well as in cross-functional teams with various levels of knowledge. These cross-functional teams assist internal support staff to accomplish position/department/customer goals within regulatory/policy guidelines. About You The Treasury Client Relationship Specialist position requires a minimum of one year of previous banking experience. Previous deposit service experience preferred. What We Offer COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position. Most Full-Time employees are also offered 6 paid holidays and Part Time employees are offered pro-rated paid holidays.
