Category Manager Who we are: With a global network of manufacturing and distribution facilities, Atkore is a leading provider of electrical, safety and infrastructure solutions. Who we are looking for: We are seeking a proficient strategic category manager to join our team at Atkore. This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Harvey, IL and will report to the Senior Commodity Manager. As a category manager, you will oversee and optimize the performance of Indirect category spending within the company. This includes negotiating with suppliers and working with buying consortiums, leveraging expertise to source advantageous terms and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The category manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish optimal pricing structures and opportunities to ensure cost competitiveness in the Indirect spending categories. As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $99,440 - $136,730. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives. Benefits available include:
