• Previous experience ininstallation, low-voltage wiring, or AV/security systemspreferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and hand/power tools
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, or technical instructions
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor)

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Install and configureaudio/visual equipment(TVs, speakers, surround sound systems)
• Set up and maintainsecurity systems, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems
• Run and route wiring (low voltage, cabling, etc.) through walls, ceilings, and other structures
• Mount TVs, monitors, and equipment securely and accurately
• Test systems to ensure proper functionality and performance
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed
• Educate customers on system use and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Complete service reports and documentation as required
