Responsibilities The Gift Shop Associate provides excellent customer service to all patients, visitors, and staff while supporting the daily operations of the gift shop. This role is responsible for assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Key responsibilities include processing sales transactions accurately, handling cash and credit payments, and maintaining a balanced register. The associate is also responsible for opening and/or closing the gift shop, including completing cash register close-out procedures and reconciliation. Additional duties include stocking shelves, restocking merchandise, organizing displays, pricing items, and ensuring the shop remains clean, organized, and visually appealing. The associate may also assist with receiving inventory, monitoring stock levels, and notifying leadership of low or high-demand items. Qualifications No experience required.
