MRPT POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Shields Point, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has a potential opportunity for an (OCONUS/HAITI) HNP Budget, Management and Human Resources Advisor. The Advisor shall provide strategic advice and sound management guidance to the Director of the HNP Central Administration (DCA), meet lawful objectives, and facilitate meetings and information flow to and from the HNP DG; assist the DCA with budget preparation and execution, human resource management, promotion policies, and identifying gaps in the oversight of all the sub-components of the administrative chain of command. The Advisor will also coordinate all activities with INL Haiti, attend regular meetings at the Embassy with INL Haiti; prepare written monthly reports detailing activities and providing updated assessments of DCA work-related challenges and successes. At the discretion of the COR, the Advisor may be assigned to perform the described functions for other administrative units within the HNP when deployment to the DCA is not advisable. This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent.
