About Rivian

Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract.

As a company, we constantly challenge what's possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.

Role Summary

At Rivian, we are staying adventurous forever, and our events are the physical manifestation of that mission. As a Producer, Events, you are responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and post-event evaluation of high-impact corporate experiences and external events.

This role is the heartbeat of our internal and external brand-aligned moments. You will produce employee engagement programming, onsite events and external activations through managing high-visibility initiatives, including Executive and Board of Director meetings, Rivian flagship moments, and key stakeholder engagements such as Investor Relations, Product Communications, Media, Suppliers, and Policy.

The ideal candidate is a strategic producer with exceptional attention to detail, a strong executive presence, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach to live environments. You are accountable for creating polished, inclusive, and memorable experiences that build Rivian's culture, engage leadership, and reflect our standards of excellence.
