The Manger, Financial Reporting and Policy is responsible for the preparation of all external financial statements and related reports filed with regulators including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Federal Reserve Board (FRB) and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures throughout BOKF that ensure the financial statements comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and applicable implementation guidance. Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Master's Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 30 hours concentrated in accounting above principles of accounting or introductory level or related field of study with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and 7+ years of combined work experience in public accounting focused on financial institutions or equivalent combination of education and experience. Recent SEC filing and financial institution and bank regulatory reporting experience preferred. A minimum of 2+ years of direct supervisory/managerial experience required.
