| Job Summary |
The
Program Coordinator supports the full student lifecycle for the Customized Online Programs (CP) within Executive Education at the Jindal School of Management (
JSOM), from prospective student outreach through alumni engagement. This position partners with program leadership, faculty, and campus stakeholders to ensure efficient academic operations and a high-quality student experience.
Primary responsibilities include supporting recruitment and admissions processes; coordinating student onboarding and registration; assisting with academic processes and student communications; maintaining accurate program records; and supporting graduation and alumni relations initiatives. The Program Coordinator also contributes to event coordination, monitors student progress, and collaborates with internal departments to effectively address student needs and ensure program success |
| Minimum Education and Experience |
Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Preferred Education and Experience |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with student information systems such as Orion/PeopleSoft
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, student-focused environment

| Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work directly with applicants to ensure completion of all required application materials, provide reminders and guidance, and help resolve any barriers to submitting a full and accurate file.
- Assist with eLearning operations by coordinating with faculty and staff to ensure course materials are prepared and uploaded before each term.
- Collect and organize faculty documents such as syllabi, assignments, course materials, and termstart deliverables.
- Coordinate academic support tasks, including student communications related to course selection and program newsletters.
- Support orientation and graduation processes.
- All other duties as assigned.
