Logistics Planner

Staffmark is hiring for a Logistics Planner.

The shift is Sunday-Tuesday 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. and Wednesday 6 p.m. to midnight.

Pay is $23/hour.

The Logistics Planner is responsible for daily shift planning and communication across dedicated fleet operations.

Ensure on time delivery performance, efficient use of drivers and equipment, and consistent communication between Customer Service Representatives (CSR), drivers, and leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Review Hours of Service (HOS) availability; correct any misalignments.

* Update the load board

* Build shuttle trips with CSR, assign drivers, and confirm coverage.

* Verify driver paperwork against

* Build load board for the following day, aligning routes with HOS and gate times.

* Set up drivers for shuttle moves, water/pallet deliveries, and tech loads

* Strong knowledge of transportation, routing, and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance.

* Experience with load planning tools is a plus.

* Excellent communication skills and team coordination.
