Mid-Level Analyst provides critical analytical, technical, and operational support delivering rapid-response expertise across a wide range of classified programs, capability assessments, and prototype evaluations. This role supports hightempo, shortnotice tasks requiring structured analysis, system performance evaluation, technical documentation, and operational effectiveness assessments. The analyst integrates with multidisciplinary teams to support testing, experimentation, system assessments, and decisionquality analysis for senior leaders. Skills/ Experience: Ten (10) years' experience performing classified operations effectiveness and acquisition systems analysis. Professional Experience: Ten (10) years of experience working in a technical capacity as an engineer, analyst, or a similar role. Performance Metrics Expertise: Five (5) years' experience supporting defense acquisition system's performance measures, including System Requirements Definition, Key Performance Parameters (KPPs), Measures of Performance (MOPs), and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs). System Capability Knowledge: Five (5) years' experience defining and reporting against minimum threshold requirements versus objective (desired) system capabilities. Technical Documentation: Five (5) years' experience producing high-quality technical documentation for complex systems, with an ability to synthesize data into clear and impactful summaries. Demonstrated experience writing for an DoW audience. Preferred Skills and Experience: Five (5) years' experience synthesizing large volumes of information into concise, well-formed written products. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in any discipline or field.
