Title: Recruiting Assistant, Duke Football

Position Summary:

Duke University Athletics is seeking a qualified candidate to assist with the Duke Football Recruiting department. The candidate would be responsible for assisting with recruiting operations.

Qualifications:

1 year of experience working with a football program either as a student or intern.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

* Effective written and verbal communication

* Strong organizational and problem solving skills needed

* The scope of this position requires weekend, evening and possible holiday hours

* Thrive in fast paced environment, possess a keen attention to details, and ability to multi-task

Essential Functions:

* Provide support with official and unofficial visits

* Provide support with the daily office duties for the recruitment personnel

* Provide Support for Duke Summer Football Programming and Events

* Perform other related duties as assigned to support the recruiting team.

* Knowledge and commitment of NCAA and ACC rules

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $18.00 to USD $22.84. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
