Customer Service Representative Pay Rate: $19/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, all day shifts (specific hours communicated by OPM) Benefits: Holiday Pay, PTO (Paid Time Off) accrual, eligibility to apply for work-from-home after 90 days on assignment Compliance Requirements: Drug screen, BG check About the Role We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls from existing customers regarding account information and providing details to potential customers. You will handle new applications, process payments, document customer concerns, update account information, and manage follow-up correspondence via mail and email. Key responsibilities include: * Performing account maintenance (changes, adjustments, statement requests) * Explaining account terms, conditions, and policies clearly and accurately * Preparing reports such as CSR Daily Activity and cash-out reports * Proactively addressing customer requests with professionalism and empathy This role offers consistent Monday-Friday day shift hours. Skills & Qualifications Top Skills: * Customer service * Microsoft Office proficiency * Data entry * Call center support * Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset Must-Haves: * Proficient data entry and computer literacy * Positive demeanor and professional attitude * Customer service experience (call center preferred but not required) * Strong attendance record * Reliable transportation or ability to commute via bus route * High School Diploma or GED (proof required for onboarding) Experience Level Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
