MDS Coordinator RN (Will Train)

We are hiring a Registered Nurse to step into an MDS Coordinator role at Harmony Dubuque. While experience is preferred, no prior MDS experience is required. We will train the right candidate who is ready to grow into a leadership position.

What you will do
Learn and manage the MDS process
Support care planning and clinical documentation
Work closely with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary team

What we are looking for
Active Registered Nurse RN license
Nurse ready to grow beyond bedside care
Interest in leadership, coordination, and MDS

No prior MDS experience required training will be provided

Full time position
8-hour business office hours
