As Maryland's largest children's hospital and the only state-designated trauma service and burn unit for pediatric patients, Johns Hopkins Children's Center has more than 92,000 patient visits and nearly 9,000 admissions each year. It has recognized centers of excellence in dozens of pediatric subspecialties including allergy, cardiology, cystic fibrosis, gastroenterology, nephrology, neurology, neurosurgery, oncology, pulmonary, and transplantation. We are seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to lead our 20-bed Pediatric Acute Care unit that enjoys a collaborative culture and strong team environment. This leadership role is supported by multiple Lead Clinical Nurses and offers the opportunity to drive excellence in patient care. What you will do: The Nurse Manager provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is responsible for achieving unit, departmental, and organizational goals through effective management of clinical operations, staff development, and performance improvement initiatives. Who should apply:
Salary Range: Minimum 56.34/hour - Maximum 87.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
