JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an Operations Engineer to join our Emerging Technology organization, supporting AI Solution Engineering and AI R&D teams. Reporting to the Product Operations Manager, this role is critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and operational readiness of AI-driven applications across their full lifecycle. This is a hands-on, mid-level role focused on DevOps, MLOps, and production support. You will play a key role in deploying, maintaining, and supporting applications from early-stage development through production, including participating in on-call rotations and handling break-glass scenarios. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in development and systems engineering, thrives in ambiguous environments, and is excited to work at the intersection of infrastructure, operations, and AI. You will also help shape processes and workflows in partnership with engineering teams and product operations, contributing to how this function evolves over time. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $114,000.00-150,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
