AON is looking for a Global Benefits Assistant Vice President hybrid in (New York, Chicago or Montreal) Multinational companies face constant challenges as they globalize and expand their diverse and international workforce, including corporate governance, need for operational and cost efficiency/improved margins, increase complexity of managing employee benefits and compensation globally in a consistent manner, and balancing central control of employee benefit programs with ensuring that benefit packages are appropriate in each locale. We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Global Benefits Assistant Vice President to support Aon's Global Benefits Practice. Pay Transparency Laws: Salary range or hourly pay range for the position The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $120,000 to $150,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of State/Region. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. Whether it is bonus/commission eligible This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
