• Configure and set up computers and workstations (training provided).
• Perform routine, repeatable technical tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Manage and track IT inventory, including PCs and related equipment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing hardware assets.
• Provide basic desktop support, including troubleshooting printers and peripherals.
• Follow documented procedures and instructions to complete assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing IT operations.

• 1–2 years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or related field.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred, but not required for strong candidates.
• Strong ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a structured environment.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with bending, standing, and moving equipment (e.g., rolling carts).
