Maintain and update portfolio tracking reporting requirements. Review with Credit Administration on a regular basis. Ensure financials and other compliance related requirements are received in a timely manner. Review and Monitor Payments client's operational status. Complete ongoing operational review memos and report findings to Credit Administration and Payments team. Analyze and complete new and existing client ACH limit memos in support of new business initiatives. Work with Payments Banking team and Credit Administration to evaluate financial condition and operational environment for new prospect opportunities. Serve as secondary point of contact for existing client relationships. Develop relationships across the existing client portfolio for additional revenue opportunities. Perform industry analysis. Develop and maintain working knowledge of NACHA banking rules and regulations in regard to the electronic payments industry. Participate in client calls with Senior Payments Banker and Treasury Services Officer. Seek approvals for overdrafts and operating exposure as required. Support new client implementation requirements and coordinate with ACB Operations as required. Provide sales support for new Payments and Fintech business development efforts. Comply with the with Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and USA PATRIOT Act including Customer Identification Program, customer due diligence, identifying high risk accounts, reporting suspicious activities to Supervisor or BSA Department.

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements
Education: Minimum of bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related field Experience: Minimum of two years commercial banking or related financial services experience (preferably in a portfolio management, treasury services, credit administration, auditing or underwriting role). Payments and technology industry experience a plus.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES
Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is in a private office. The position is located inside a cooled and heated facility with ability to go to a break room or rest room during breaks.
