Responsibilities Salary: ' $1,250 sign on bonus ' Pay starts at $19.00 plus shift premium totaling $21.50 ' Eligible for annual bonuses Position Overview: Key Responsibilities: ' Safely perform a variety of assembly operations, complying with all environmental, health and safety policies and procedures ' Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment following established Standard Operating Procedures ' Assist with line set ups, start up and maintaining a clean and orderly work area ' Maintain quality standards as described in the quality system by visually inspect parts, components and subassemblies ' Recognize and solve minor problems that arise ' Perform any necessary material handling requirements of the job Perform other duties that may be assigned Qualifications Basic Qualifications: ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' Physical Requirements: ' ' ' Must be able to work daily, weekly overtime and weekend as About Us Howmet Aerospace Inc.
