Responsibilities

Salary Range: $21.00 plus shift differential + eligibility for annual Bonus

Shift: Processing Associate' 2nd shift

Position Overview:

As a Processing Associate, you'll be part of our team located in Fullerton, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

' Apply coatings and paints to aerospace parts using spray equipment or manual techniques.

' Operate sandblasting equipment to clean, roughen, or prepare surfaces for coating.

' Prepare parts for finishing by masking and unmasking components according to work instructions.

' Ensure uniform and defect-free finishes by carefully following process guidelines.

' Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications to determine finishing requirements.

' Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards.

' Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safe and efficient operations.

' Follow safety procedures and properly handle hazardous materials, including paints and solvents.

Complete production logs and documentation as required.

Qualifications

Basic
Qualifications



  • Bachelor's
    degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum
    of 3 years in learning, development and training.
  • Proficiency
    in using spray painting equipment and sandblasting tools.
  • Ability
    to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
  • Strong
    attention to detail and ability to detect surface imperfections.
  • Knowledge
    of safety procedures related to handling coatings, chemicals, and
    protective equipment.
  • Ability
    to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred
Qualifications



  • Experience
    in L&D in a manufacturing setting.
  • Previous
    experience in aerospace finishing, painting, or processing.


Physical Requirements:

Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs.,
and perform repetitive motions.
