Hours and Pay



  • Pay Rate: $31.96 per hour
  • Schedule: Full-time, onsite

Daily Responsibilities



  • Serve as a key contributor in new model program management, ensuring adherence to launch processes and standards
  • Oversee pre-production build events, ensuring quality, timing, and efficiency objectives are met
  • Manage vehicle fleet activities, including ordering, building, testing, and final disposition of pre-production units
  • Lead cross-functional issue resolution, driving timely closure of build and launch-related challenges
  • Coordinate and co-chair launch meetings, ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and program teams
  • Manage design change approvals, ensuring readiness ahead of prototype and production builds
  • Execute and monitor launch budgets, supporting financial targets and approvals
  • Prepare and present weekly program status reports, highlighting risks, progress, and key milestones
  • Communicate program updates and risks to senior leadership, delivering clear and actionable insights
  • Support team integration into manufacturing plants, ensuring smooth transitions during launch phases



Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree required (engineering or related technical field preferred)
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • At least 2+ years of experience applying structured problem-solving and data-driven methodologies
  • 1+ year of experience in vehicle or powertrain manufacturing, design, or program management
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with program management and vehicle launch processes
  • Background in manufacturing operations or engineering environments
  • Familiarity with engineering change management and issue tracking systems
  • Demonstrated ability to support end-to-end product development and production transitions
