Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Centralization Analyst to support high-volume HR operations and transaction processing across U.S. and Canada facilities. This role focuses on HRIS data management, compliance (SOX), and employee lifecycle transactions within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Process high-volume HR transactions including hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and leaves
  • Input and audit data in Workday and PeopleSoft, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure all transactions meet Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines and internal controls
  • Review, validate, and return incomplete requests with clear guidance
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR/payroll systems
  • Partner with HR teams and plant personnel to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Support data audits, reporting, and mass uploads (EIB) as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or HRIS environments
  • Required experience with HRIS systems; Workday strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, and reporting tools (COGNOS)
  • Background in high-volume transactional or manufacturing environments
