Position: Certified Master Technician

Location: On-site near Casa Grande, AZ

Overview

We are urgently seeking Certified Technicians who also hold Master Technician / ASE certifications to support a critical prototype build project. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity ideal for experienced technicians with strong electrical and mechanical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on prototype assembly and system integration
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex HV electrical and mechanical issues
• Support build activities, testing, and validation of advanced systems
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure build quality and timelines
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, especially around high-voltage systems

Required Qualifications:

• High Voltage (HV) Certification (required)
• ASE Master Technician Certification (required)
• Proven experience in prototype builds, advanced diagnostics, or complex system assembly
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, HV safety, and automotive/mechanical systems
• Ability to work in a hands-on, production or lab environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time commitment required for six-month assignment
• ~10 hours of overtime per week expected during the build window
• Competitive hourly rate (based on experience and certifications)
• Overtime paid in accordance with applicable labor laws
