Machine Operator- Manufacturing /Production

Job Summary

We are hiring a MachineOperator (internally referred to as a Product Line Specialist) to support our manufacturing and production operations. In this role, you will set up,operate, andmonitorproduction machinery while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level or experienced candidates looking to grow a career in manufacturing or machine operation.

Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00/hour, depending on experience

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

What We Make

We manufacture laminated wood products used in RVs, cargo trailers, and manufactured or modular homes. Our operation includes an in-house mill that cuts and prepares materials prior to the lamination process, giving operators exposure to multiple stages of production.

Key Responsibilities

Set up workstations and prepare equipment for production

Operate and feed manufacturing machines safely and efficiently

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Stack, label, band, and package finished products asrequired

Perform pre-shift and start-up equipment inspections

Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards

Maintain production and safety records

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications

6+ months of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience

High school diploma or GED preferred, notrequired

Basic math skills preferred

Must be 18 years of age or older
