POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a Quality Manager who brings sharp technical judgment, confident field leadership, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. This individual is decisive in the field, comfortable leading conversations at all levels, and relentlessly focused on improving quality outcomes across multiple active projects - from preconstruction through closeout. At Pepper, Quality Managers are not inspectors. They are field leaders, problem solvers, and trusted partners to project teams. This role works hand in hand with Project Managers, Superintendents, Preconstruction, and trade partners to elevate execution, reduce risk, and continuously improve how work gets built across every phase of the project lifecycle. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The target salary for this position is $85,000 to $110,000. We consider many factors when determining actual hiring salary. These factors may include location, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, internal equity, and market demands.
