What You'll Do
- Deliver high-level desktop support to end users-both remotely and in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, applications, and peripheral devices
- Manage and resolve support tickets with a focus on timely follow-up and closure
- Provide training and guidance on commonly used software applications
- Support audio-visual and multimedia systems (e.g., Zoom, Teams, conference room tech)
- Assist with system deployments, upgrades, and third-party solutions
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless IT operations
- Contribute to process improvements, safety initiatives, and compliance standards
- Manage small to mid-level projects and help implement technical solutions
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS, Industrial Technology, Business Management-or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support or IT help desk roles
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, software, and operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, connectivity troubleshooting)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+ or similar)
