| Mechanical Assembler Location: Technibus Department: Manufacturing/Production Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary Technibus is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Mechanical Assembler to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling electrical gear and switchgear components according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble electrical gear and switchgear components according to blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Read and accurately interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and specifications. Measure materials and components accurately using a tape measure and other measuring devices. Use a variety of hand and power tools, including wrenches, drills, impact drivers, and other assembly equipment. Install and secure nuts, bolts, brackets, and mechanical hardware to required specifications. Perform mechanical assembly while maintaining quality standards and production schedules. Troubleshoot assembly issues and apply problem-solving skills to resolve mechanical fit or assembly concerns. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all company safety procedures. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
