Product Operations Manager - Cincinnati, OH

The Product Operations Manager owns the endtoend operational execution and performance of a growing product portfolio. This role ensures that products launch smoothly, scale efficiently, and deliver a consistent, highquality customer experience. This position plays a critical role in translating product strategy into reality by building repeatable processes, defining the right performance metrics, improving crossfunctional workflows, and enabling internal teams with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.



Essential Functions



Product & Operational Management



  • Support the launch and ongoing operations of new and existing products, ensuring operational readiness from day one
  • Own daytoday operational performance across order flow, fulfillment, provisioning, product lifecycle management, and issue resolution
  • Define, document, and maintain scalable operational workflows that support growth and consistency
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for platform providers and key external partners


Performance Management & Analytics



  • Define, track, and analyze key operational and financial performance indicators, which may include:


    • Product adoption and customer acquisition trends
    • Revenue performance and unit economics
    • Customer retention, churn, and lifecycle health
    • Order accuracy, fulfillment quality, and turnaround times
    • Feature usage and product mix


  • Develop recurring reporting dashboards and operational reviews to surface trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Use datadriven insights to recommend enhancements to pricing, promotions, packaging, and operational workflows


Process Improvement & Scaling



  • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or failure points across the customer and product lifecycle
  • Lead corrective action plans and process improvements in partnership with internal teams and vendors
  • Optimize fulfillment, support, and system integrations to improve speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation to support scale and knowledge transfer


Training & Enablement



  • Develop and deliver training materials for Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, and other internal teams
  • Ensure internal stakeholders are enabled on:


    • Product capabilities and limitations
    • Promotions, offers, and customer messaging
    • Platform functionality and operational workflows


  • Act as a subjectmatter expert (SME) for product operations and platform capabilities


CrossFunctional Collaboration



  • Partner closely with Finance and Accounting on billing accuracy, margin analysis, and operational financial reporting
  • Collaborate with Marketing on product launches, promotions, and customer communications
  • Support Sales and Customer Service teams through issue resolution, feedback loops, and frontline enablement
  • Work with Regulatory and Compliance teams to ensure operational adherence to applicable requirements



Education



  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience



Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong problemsolving ability and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to adapt quickly as products, platforms, and business needs evolve
  • Clear communicator with the ability to influence without direct authority
