Are you an experienced automotive mechanic ready to step out of the shop? We're hiring Mechanical Claims Specialists to use their mechanical expertise in an office-based or remote role. In this position, you'll handle inbound calls from dealerships and vehicle owners, evaluate repair requests, determine warranty coverage, and explain claim decisions clearly and professionally. Key Responsibilities * Review and process mechanical warranty claims * Determine claim approval or denial using repair guidelines * Communicate with dealerships and customers via phone and email * Explain claim decisions and next steps clearly * Document claim activity accurately in internal systems Qualifications * 3+ years of automotive mechanic or technician experience * Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes * Customer service experience with strong communication skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment * Computer proficiency (email, multiple systems) Preferred: ASE certification, AllData or Mitchell experience, scan tool use, bilingual Spanish/English Additional Requirements * High school diploma or GED * Willing to attend a 2-week onboarding training (FL or MO) * Occasional Saturday availability * Reliable internet and home workspace for remote/hybrid roles Apply today to put your mechanical knowledge to work in a professional, customer-focused role.
