Purpose of the Job
Our client offers a suite of tools that is used daily by billions and trusted by over 6 million businesses. These seamlessly integrated solutions connect devices, apps, and people, fostering collaboration and transforming ideas into action. As a Production Manager on their US Partner Marketing Studio team, you are the bridge between creative vision and physical reality. In this role, you will act as a subject matter specialist for retail graphics & fixture production, driving outcomes for critical 3D retail projects. You will develop innovative solutions to complex print and fixture challenges, and lead production processes that directly impact key business results.
This is a hybrid position based in Mountain View, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the full project lifecycle for 3D print and retail display initiatives, from initial briefing and development strategy through engineering, prototyping, production, and final delivery.
Define the production strategy for manufacturing, suggesting innovative techniques to solve execution constraints without compromising objectives.
Develop and actively manage comprehensive critical-path schedules, budgets, and estimates. Proactively identify and communicate potential project risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective, solution-oriented mitigations.
Serve as a technical subject matter expert for 3D fixture production. Identify and source appropriate techniques, materials, and print methods. Manage the end-to-end prototyping process and lead all QA/QC inspections and final pack-out approvals to guarantee best-in-class, client brand execution.
Actively plan, organize, manage and track complex print orders with suppliers
Influence and collaborate across diverse internal teams (Partner Marketing, GTM, Design, Legal, Procurement, Finance) and external partners.
Evaluate, source, and manage multiple suppliers, negotiating costs and holding them accountable to strict quality standards and delivery timetables.
Key Functions:
Manage production of 3D POS/POP/product displays
Manage sourcing or production of retail graphics for attract graphics, table graphics, shippers, etc.
Manage sourcing and development with multiple suppliers
Develop and maintain production schedules
Manage program costing
Provide timely, proactive project status updates to internal stakeholders
Conduct onsite prototype and first article checks, QA/QC checks and final packout approvals
Have strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, and a flexible, logical and proactive approach
Have excellent project management, judgement and time management skills
Proficient in adaptability, open to pivots, changes - maintaining positivity throughout
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience in 3D print production and/or point of purchase display development, preferably with consumer electronic products in a design agency or corporate environment.
Proven ability to proactively seek out answers and manage multiple complex projects, budgets, and schedules in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Deep understanding of retail fixture manufacturing processes, materials, fabrication techniques, and print production processes.
Knowledge of OEM security suppliers for various products on a retail level.
Advanced proficiency in stakeholder and supplier relationship management, including complex negotiations.
Strong operational skills, including advanced budget tracking and familiarity with procurement systems.
Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, calm under pressure, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

For California applicants: The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives.
