Senior Director - Enterprise, Partnerships & Alliances - Corporates

You will architectmechanismsand frameworks that accelerate partner sales, incentivize co-innovation, andoptimizecost per revenue dollar (CPRD), directly supporting TR's goalof a3xincreaseinP&A sales contribution by 2028.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Commercial Excellence, Finance,Pricing, Legal, Deal Deskand Partner Managers to embed partners at the core of our go-to-market, sales, and innovation processes. Your work will ensure scalable, measurable, and customer-centric partnership growth, and you will play a key role in the evolution ofPartnerships and Alliances strategy.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Senior Director for Partner Activation and Acceleration Team (PAAT), Partnerships & Alliances, you will:

  • Hire, onboard, and train analysts and specialists required for the PAAT functions, ensuring you conduct performance reviews, develop career paths and foster a collaborative team culture.

  • Optimize and oversee the deal approval process to ensure deals are reviewed efficiently while setting and monitoring SLAs for deal turnaround times.

  • Establish and document playbooks, workflows and processes for handling non-standard deals and ensure operations scale effectively with business growth.

  • Collaborate with pricing to conduct comprehensive pricing analyses to shape strategies for new, renewal, and upsell/cross-sell offerings in partnership channels, leveraging market and partner insights to drive competitive advantage.

  • Collaborate and influence Sales, Product, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Pricing, Legal, Deal Desk and Partner Managers to optimize systems and improve processes to reshape, accelerate and enhance the onboarding experience of partners.

  • Identify bottlenecks, monitor deal quality, identify risk patterns, document processes and create training materials to improve deal velocity and win rates.

  • Support the Head of P&A with training and upskilling other team members, fostering a culture of partnership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Senior Director for the Partner Activation and Acceleration Team (PAAT), Partnerships & Alliances if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Accounting/Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 10+ years' experience in partnerships, alliances, deal desk, business development or related roles, preferably within enterprise software.

  • 8+ years of team leadership and management, including executive-level engagement.

  • Strong customer-facing skills.

  • Proven ability to build and scale successful partner mechanisms or processes that drive revenue growth.

  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and driving transformation initiatives.

  • Keen interest in AI technologies and proficiency in using AI tools in the workplace.

  • Skilled at conflict resolution and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes.

  • Resourceful and highly organized self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and operate successfully in a complex, dynamic, fast paced, highly collaborative, and continuously evolving environment.

  • Ability to travel as needed.

For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $157,500 USD - $292,500 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
