Job Title: Customer Service, Associate
Duration: 12 months Location: Remote - Onsite presence required 1 - 2 times per month Description: ONLY SUBMIT LOCAL CANDIDATES CURRENTLY RESIDING IN BAY AREA/NEAR WORK LOCATION-OAKLAND. ASSIGNMENT IS REMOTE AND EXPECTED TO GO ONSITE AT OGO 1-2 TIMES PER MONTH. LAPTOP WILL BE ISSUED. CALLS MADE VIA MS TEAMS AND HEADSET WILL BE REQUIRED FOR CALLS TO BE PROVIDED BY SUPPLIER. WITH MANAGER PRIOR APPROVAL INTERNET EXPENSE FOR PRE-DETERMINED AMOUNT CAN BE SUMBITTED MONTHLY. TOP THINGS LOOKING FOR Customer service skills and prior customer service experience ideal, detailed oriented, communication skills, and reliable. START FOR ASSIGNMENT WILL BE IN JUNE NOT EARLIER. Position Summary Establish and maintain customer accounts. This includes implementing contracts and customer services agreements, ensuring accurate and timely billing, establishing quality controls, and providing ongoing customer/client feedback. This role supports the client's mission of helping customers access programs that improve affordability and financial stability.
