Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work remotely with our client in Lakeland, FL. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and processing of payroll transactions.
  • Maintain payroll data and respond to tier two-level payroll inquiries.
  • Support in-house payroll processing, including but not limited to final pay processing, calculating retro payments, tax balance adjustments, preparing W-2s, overpayments, balance benefits, setting up deductions, and arrears.
  • Maintain backup support for audit and tracking purposes.
Here's what you'll get:
Hours: 40 hrs/Week.
Length: Contract (12 months)
Pay: $25.00 / hr.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll audits, reporting, or compliance documentation
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to work within a fast-paced, high-volume payroll team.
  • Proven ability to react quickly and promptly to payroll inquiries.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Quick to adapt to systems and computers.
  • Proficient in Excel.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
