Here's what you'd do:
  • To provide focused sales and business development leadership to achieve growth and profitability for the RF Amplifier Business Segment of the Corporation.
  • This individual has the responsibility and authority to perform the assigned tasks listed below.
  • Identifying and capturing new business opportunities for the corporation's RF Amplifier product lines.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the annual corporate business development plan.
  • Maintaining a new business forecast to facilitate business projections.
  • Create and maintain or direct the creation and maintenance of product literature and customer presentations.
  • Conducting marketing research to identify market trends and competitive influences in the marketplace.
  • Establishing and maintaining competition files.
  • Responsible for participating in the quality management system initiatives and adhering to all requirements.
  • Responsible for performing other related tasks deemed necessary by superiors.
Here's what you'll get:
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Length: Direct placement.
Pay Rate: $100,000 - $130,000/year.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the marketing and sales of defense and commercial RF Amplifier solutions.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, engineering, or program management in military and commercial RF Amplifier markets.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Thorough knowledge of military communications markets including major manufacturers, suppliers and customers.
  • Working knowledge of military and commercial electronics applications for the company products.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface in a positive manner with customers.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
