Role Summary: The Regional Sales Manager works as an IPS Industry Leader in their region. They act as a lead to support the customers and their IPS colleagues in their region, supporting Large Hydro (Field Service), Small Hydro (In Shop) and Power Management in the industry. The business covers all aspects of the hydro powerhouse and may even at times include turbine scopes. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic account penetration, and strengthening IPS's position as a premier provider of hydro services solutions, which encompass all of IPS's products and services. The role is responsible for market strategy, long-cycle opportunity development, customer engagement and alignment with operations to deliver profitable growth. The role reports to the Sales Manager for Hydro Services and together they deliver Ultimate Customer Experience (UCE) acting as Servant Leaders to the customer base and the IPS network.
