We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Administrator to support and enhance a critical enterprise platform used in aviation maintenance operations (MRO environment). This role will serve as the primary point of contact for system administration, reporting, and user support, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and overall system performance. This is a highly visible role working cross-functionally with IT, operations, finance, and maintenance teams to support business-critical workflows.

Pay: Up to $110k depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support an enterprise ERP system used for aviation maintenance tracking (MRO)
- Manage user access, including onboarding new users and maintaining system permissions
- Develop, maintain, and optimize reports using SQL and Crystal Reports
- Monitor system performance and data integrity to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate and execute system updates, enhancements, and routine maintenance
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional and technical support to end users
- Train employees (technicians, planners, project managers, etc.) on system usage and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance, Quality) to improve system functionality
- Support data imports/exports and ensure proper system integrations
- Assist with internal communication related to system outages or updates
- Provide occasional on-call support for critical system issues

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience administering ERP or enterprise systems
- 5+ years of experience in an aviation, MRO, manufacturing, or similar regulated environment
- 5+ years of experience with SQL and Crystal Reports (report writing required)
- 5+ years of experience supporting ERP platforms such as SAP or similar systems
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience with aviation maintenance or MRO software platforms (e.g., Corridor or similar)
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or similar
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
- Experience working in a cross-functional or global environment
- Ability to communicate in French or Spanish
