Location: Lihue, HI Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; Rotational Saturdays (hours may vary) Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and providing solutions that meet customer needs. Responsibilities * Provide a warm, professional, and positive customer experience during each interaction * Assist customers with day-to-day requests, questions, and transactions * Actively listen to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations * Educate customers on available tools, services, or self-service options * Accurately handle transactions while maintaining attention to detail * Maintain confidentiality and follow established procedures and policies * Work collaboratively with team members to meet individual and team goals * Adapt to changing priorities in a busy, customer-facing environment Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Associate's degree or relevant work experience preferred * At least 2 years of customer service experience required * Cash handling or transaction-based experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor * Comfortable using computers, digital tools, and technology * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Positive attitude with a willingness to learn * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information responsibly Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Lihue, HI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $53000.00/yr.
