Description
Acara Solutions is seeking a Product Engineer to join our client onsite in Gilbert, AZ on a contract opportunity.
  • Pay: $75/hour
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week
  • Duration: 2-month contract
Responsibilities:
  • Support product integrity, quality, and manufacturability across assigned programs
  • Develop, maintain, and train technicians on build and test procedures
  • Lead root cause analysis and support MRB activities for non-conformances and production issues
  • Manage verification of technical requirements and hardware configurations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturability and testability
  • Evaluate and improve assembly/test processes, fixtures, and equipment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and suppliers
  • Provide technical support for customer inquiries, internal teams, and supplier-related issues
  • Perform engineering analysis to support design verification and change decisions
  • Generate and maintain technical documentation, reports, and procedures

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 2 years minimum experience in electronics (PCB) design and manufacturing
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Self-starter with strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
